A vibratory bowl feeder is essentially an auxiliary feeding device for automatic assembly or processing machinery, primarily consisting of a hopper, base, controller, linear feeder, hopper, and photoelectric sensing system.
Its core operating principle ingeniously integrates knowledge of electromagnetism and mechanical dynamics: by using a variable frequency drive to regulate motor operation, precise vibrations are generated. When the pulse electromagnet beneath the hopper is energized, it causes the hopper to vibrate vertically. The inclined spring plate drives the hopper to perform torsional vibrations around the vertical axis. Under the influence of this composite vibration, the originally disorganized parts inside the hopper are guided by an invisible yet orderly force along a meticulously designed spiral track, slowly ascending. During the ascent, the parts sequentially pass through a series of precision tracks for sorting and posture correction, ultimately entering subsequent processes in a unified state that meets assembly or processing requirements, automatically and accurately.
